Dave is a Principal at Laufer Capital where he oversees all day-to-day business and operational activities of the company, including investment management, legal affairs, leasing, and accounting. Dave worked as a real estate attorney in the New York office of Mayer Brown LLP, where he participated in over $6 billion in real estate transactions. Dave's law practice included representing owners, developers, and financial institutions in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and various types of financing transactions. These include senior secured, mezzanine, construction, and bridge financing. Dave earned his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law
