Matt is a Principal at Laufer Capital where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s development projects, including sourcing and underwriting new opportunities as well as the management and execution of existing projects. Matt served as a Vice President with GFI Development where he executed GFI's development projects, capitalization, financial analysis, property due diligence, and project management. In this role, Matt worked on the acquisition, capitalization and development of over $1 billion of real estate across the office, multifamily, hospitality, and retail sectors. Matt earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his M.S. in Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
